Tired SMS

Many years ago, I agreed to receive news in the form of SMS from TexMex. Now I want those text messages not to come. Several times I have written emails so as not to send sms. No one replies to emails. I have called several times. The answer is "well, let's pass this information on to the boss. " SMS is still coming. Does anyone receive such sms?
