Can’t speak with a person

Got charged 69.99 when I thought I was paying 9.99 tried Getting a hold of someone by phone and can’t. They will only reply by email. Very frustrating

Abcya charged me $299.99 for a classroom subscription and I do not want or need!!!

Abcya charged me $299.99 for a subscription for my classroom. I have made many attempts to contact them to resolve this error. They will not respond! I previously had recommended their site to families for their children to use. I will not be recommending them anymore!!!
