I will start by recommending to those AuMobile home Internet users who have been connecting this service for a long time to check today's rates, company I don't inform about the changes in the tariffs myself, I had been connected to the Internet without a limit for a long time and all this time I paid 26. 80 for the service, although you can see on the AuMobile website it costs 21. 30 (how long the changes have taken place). Before going to the customer service center to make any changes, I recommend that you study the company's website and how and with what the service you chose worked, as it may happen that the employees themselves do not understand how one of their services works and whether it works at all. I wanted to connect the Family offer, I calculated and moved two numbers from another operator especially for this purpose. Yesterday, when activating one of the sim cards, I received a text message that the Family offer service will be closed after 48 hours, I contacted the customer service center. It turns out that I no longer qualify for the service, because I have mobile internet connected instead of my home internet! The only thing the customer service center can answer is yes if our employee made a mistake, we suggest you go to the center and switch contracts - switch contract means standing in line at their center again, changing sim cards again, I am really, to put it mildly, surprised by today's AuMobile service, employees have made a mistake or fix your mistake by putting a few ticks in the computer program instead of making fun of your customers!
