-c400868 Store representatives promise to find out why the problem has occurred and promise to solve it. 12 days have passed. and the only thing I receive in the reply by e-mail - everything is already written in the act. However, I do not find the answer to the question - where is it my fault as a customer that the pipe inside the washing machine has broken during the first use (manufacturing defect courier problem). Attached is a picture of the problem and an act... Will this article also have a comment that will find out where the problem occurred and contact them?
