Processed my order for a hat and debited my account immediately. No shipping details provided within a week. Emailed customer service, they replied that, basically, the order would be shipped whenever they could get to it. That was last contact. No reply, no hat.

Ordered a cap at the beginning of the month. Chased them numerous times though emails, websites and twitter. Had apologies. They re processed it. Cancelled the second order because it was fraudulent, told me they don’t deliver to Garden grove CA. Still kept my money.
I ordered a hat, but when the website refreshes it says that something is wrong with my billing address so my order was never sent but the money was taken out of my account. They insist on telling me it’s my bank problem, but that’s not true. These people stole from me.
I just tried ordering a hat for my husband and the discount code doesn’t work. I guess I assumed it would be good on my first purchase any time. I’m not sure it gives me an expiration date.
