Flowers never came and customer service was not helpful

Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. Website said that the flowers were delivered. Flowers never arrived and the company would not refund.

I spent time writing a heartfelt message for a special birthday. clicked on the submit and the message that went on the card after the fact was your dumb message theres no cancelling these birthday

wishes! embarrassing and horrible!!!! The message meant more than the flowers.. I am hoping they turn out ok now!!
