Completely incompetent

On 11/13/2018 I placed an order at 7:20 am E.S.T. with 1-800-balloons.com The site states that “Same Day Delivery: Orders for same day delivery should be placed by 12 PM (Noon) in the recipient’s time zone” this shouldn’t have been a problem since the delivery was in Indiana and we are both EST.
