Tickets not transfered from seller

Order # [protected]. I purchased tickets several months back and received an e-mail saying tickets are ready and there is no link to accept the tickets. I called multiple times and sat on hold as long as I could but I can't be on the phone for hours on end. I finally got someone yesterday after holding for 2 hours. I explained the problem then the phone went quiet. I was disconnected on her end. She did in fact call me back and told me they would email the seller to send again. They have not. No resolve and I am beyond upset that I have to call that number and sit on hold for hours once again. Customer service should be a high priority and it seems as though it is not!
