I have a contract with Mastercare and logged a repair for my Samsung Microwave on 26/2/2021 and to date I am still waiting. The communication from their Cape Town workshop is non existent. I only get a response, waiting on part, when I phone. The item was collected on 2/3/2021 but the parts need for the repair was only ordered more than a week later.
