Payments for bills didn’t go through

I paid my usual bills on 9/9 - they are not showing at all!! The new layout is terrible, a lot more work and not intuitive at all. I left my number on the automated system for a call back (supposed to be estimated at 17 mins. - it's been nearly an hour now) and I still haven't heard from anyone. I have no idea why "they" decided to make it more difficult to do anything with the bank (and the new name is stupid!)
