My Son's checking account was charged by Apple cash for $4000 then $1000, then $600 all on Friday December 31st before the holiday weekend. He saw the notifications and called both Apple and TCF Bank immeadiately the same day and they said he needed to simply file a claim which he did. They initially refunded his money, but then took it back out again and said that he benefited in some way. He has not benefited and would not take everything out of his account in random amounts. We have escalated it and filed several fraud cases with TCF and they continue to deny reinbursement. Every call he makes to them they tell him there is nothing that they can do. He called and tried to stop it from happening day one and has been fighting to get it back for 3 months now. He needs these funds he saved up to live on while in college taking 18 credit hours.
