Hi We live in NE Tacoma, there was several of the Starbucks robbed. Hoyt and Twin lakes. They since have closed the lobbies and changed their hours without it reflecting on the mobile app. The app still has not changed which means if you use the app to order to pick it up, one has to go through the drive through line. By the time you get through it's cold. So my suggestion to you is kindly shut the app down until your customers can go in to quickly pick up their orders Thank you for your time.
