I am complaining unprofessional handling of local bank transfer

I am complaining unprofessional staff handling Locally bank transfer transaction in timely manner. I have made transfer on Friday 3 September 2021 but it has not done any action until today it would be better if look into it and take action thank you. We need bank staffs must handle this kind of transaction in professional manner for customer convenience. This was so inconvenience for me please rectify this kind of problem.
