Hi I'm complaining regarding order number [protected]. I have received today in Brisbane, QLD Australia. Sender has been charged for parcel 13.5 kgs but it was 11kg when received at the destination & 1 suit (white shirt & trouser with royal blue dupatta) was missing Please rectify this matter by recovering the missing item & refund over charged price of 2.5 kgs.
