S-PRO Sophie Gas Lift Stool

Sally Beauty have provided a fake DPD shipping number for my order after taking my money, and have not responded to my emailed complaint; their customer service email address bounces. This is very suspicious behaviour and borders on fraud. If I have not received my stool or a refund by Monday morning I will be lodging a request for a refund with Paypal.
