Over the past weeks, I tried to contact Prana Heart via their website (got an autoreply but never a follow-up), via email to their support desk (no reply), and by phone (the 855 number is not in service). I purchased several pieces of jewelry on April 8, 2021. One of the pieces, the Calm Under the Waves Turquoise Wrap Bracelet (Order #295588), was falling apart around the setting of the turquoise stone after less than 2 months. I also asked if the large stone was truly turquoise (it is advertised as such). I cannot wear the bracelet because of the unsightly appearance of the foil-like wrapping around the stone. The only reply I received was an acknowledgment of my query. I have yet to receive an answer or a refund offer, which is what I prefer at this point.
