payment taken when i’d confirmed auto renewal turned off

I wish to be reimbursed for the payment taken from my credit card Jan 25 th. I stopped using Our Time before Christmas 2017. I confirmed auto renewal was turned off yet a payment was taken from my credit card without my authorization. Please reimburse me ASAP and cancel/delete my account! I may return to your sight at a later date but will not if you do not follow through with my request. Please confirm you've completed this request Thank you, Paul Hamilton
