Lazy delivery – treats packages like crap

Unfortunately, Chewy is notorious for using OnTrac as their usual delivery service...also unfortunately, I order from them a lot, and I live in an apartment complex with parcel lockers. I received an email from Chewy notifying me that my purchase was delivered. Nothing at my door and no text or email notifications informing me of a parcel pending. I track the order through my Chewy account to find that OnTrac left it in a locker. Nice, which locker? Cause there's like several dozen. Now I get to go on a treasure hunt for something that should have been delivered to my door, or left in a locker I was actually given access to. In the past, it was left unsecured in the parcel room with other OnTrac packages meant for other customers...just out in the open, waiting to be taken by anyone. If you don't want to deliver the package the right way, don't be a delivery driver. On top of that, OnTrac is great at mishandling packages...the last one I received had oil blotches on it, tape ripped, and box smashed in. No clue how, it legit looked like anger was taken out on the box. It was impressive the box was able to keep the contents inside long enough to get to me.
