Hi I bought a throw for my sofa and the delivery came in today. While the labels indicated that a throw has been delivered, the actual product received was actually a pet play pen. How could I get a refund for the product pls? And returning this item at a cost via mail seems ridiculous because it's no fault of mine in the first place. I do not live near a Marshalls so going down to the store makes no sense either.
