I booked a hotel Reservation in September 2020, they took my points which I paid for and converted it to cash of $750 to make the reservation, while still on the phone, I read the reviews on the hotel, I canceled and switched to another Hotel, was told that my point/cash will be refunded back into my account within 30 days. It never happened, I have been calling for the past one month as I needed to make a vacation reservation with the points and was told yesterday that I have lost the points/ cash. I tried calling twice today and I keep getting disconnected. They are fraud and thieves: I have paid more than $2000 in membership.
