Costa opened a new store in Crow Road Glasgow. It was previously occupied by Nero . I and many customers went there with our dogs with no issues we were always welcomed. I walked in on Saturday about to happily adopt Costa as my new favourite place. I made an order and just before I was about to pay I was told no dogs allowed. In this day and age that is just unacceptable. If Nero allow dogs why not Costa. You will lose lots of customers and I for one and many of my friends will now avoid Costa at all costs. This won't mean much to Costa but I'm afraid your reputation is gone down hill. Shame on Costa for refusing a little dog and a thirsty customer. Mr D Christie
