I have experienced on a number of occasions small holes in Kent cigarettes purchased from different retail outlets in South Africa as well as Pall Mall cigarettes purchased when i was in Mozambique and this renders the cigarette unable to be smoked. At the exorbitant prices we smokers do have to pay, BAT or R.J Reynolds should at least address this issue quickly. There have been other complaints on other media sites. Please see attached photo of a cigarette from a packet bought yesterday 10 May 2021. There have been 3 cigarettes with holes in them. I also sent an email on 7 April 2021 regarding a similar complaint and have had ZERO feedback from the manufacturer.
