activate my new card

on 12/27/20 I was a victim of my edd money being stolen from my Bank of America card and called in to report it. Since then Bank of America sent me a new card in which I haven't been able to activate it. I never got a response from BofA regarding my money being stolen and EDD has since verified my identity. How and when will I get a card I can use. The incident was on 12/27/20.
