Resolved: Haven’t Been Refunded Yet

Update by user Dec 09, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Dec 07, 2020 Order number: Order#: MIK3173**** Never picked it up because it wasn't ready on time on Saturday Nov 28th. Went into the store on Nov 29th, and they said they would cancel the order. They didn't cancel the order, so I had to call the store (I received an email stating that I had picked up my order, when I DID NOT. Was promised that it was now cancelled and that I would be refunded in a couple of days (which would have been Wednesday, December 2nd). Even talked with a customer service rep on Monday, November 30th, and they said I would definitely be refunded soon. It is now December 7th and my PayPal account (which I paid out of) has NOT been refunded the $21 ish dollars. I am very upset now because I am a loyal customer and have now been lied to by Michael's employees THREE TIMES. I will start shopping at Hobby Lobby instead if this isn't resolved. User's recommendation: Do NOT order for same-day-pickup online from Michael's.
