Nelp Help

My wife and I purchased a domain name we wanted. The transaction went through with no problem. A few days later there was a refund for the domain. We're trying to purchase it again...and we're not getting any help! Can someone please call us back and give us direction. (336)456-**** User's recommendation: Need to talk with Live Person on the phone.

》 Poor response. Not understanding requests. Never getting situation resolved. Namecheap for some reason will talk allow contact by phone so its a problem trying to get things resolved. Terrible company
