I was removed from the Greyhound bus in San Bernardino California for allegedly violating smoking rules while off the bus by the bus driver. I was not allowed to retrieve my luggage. The driver did not make any attempt to give me my luggage and Security refused to give it to me. I was told it will arrive in Meridian Ms. I was put on a later bus and did not have any information about my luggage. Is this standard procedure? I was given tracking # 308949****/AA534**** under bus clIf I cl User's recommendation: If you remove a passenger for any reason give them their luggage. Unless you are intentionally being hateful.
