Why is there a negative mark on my credit

My complaint is about the customer service and the fact that I was never able to make a payment without paying over the phone or going and getting a money order and I tried very hard to make my payments on time because I came to First Progress to help my credit score instead First Progress hurt my credit score by about a hundred points I need First Progress 2 report something positive to the credit bureaus on my behalf User's recommendation: I recommend that you make sure you're able to make a payment before you get a late payment this company makes it very hard to make payments.
