You are refunding to a VISA card number that I don’t own and it is not the card I used to pay for the trip

Hi, My name is Paul Bonk (confirmation #: FRHS29) and I just cancelled my wife's seats (Susan Sobel) for the trip to LAX. However, your system said it was refunding to a VISA card, though I thought I paid with my Mastercard, and, when I checked the number on the VISA card I have, I discovered you were refunding to a card that is not mine. This is very strange. The Mastercard I used ends with 2614. Please get back to me and let me know what is happening. Thanks! Paul Bonk
