My complain is that we were surprized that there is now a 10.00 charge per person to use the pool. which we found out after arriving and standing in line for 10 minutes. and retununing to our room after speaking to the front desk we were informed at the front desk and told to call this number 800-542-**** their not taking calls. User's recommendation: Don’t come to harrahs if you want to use the pool. You should not have to pay. This should be a courtesy to all guest.
