Trugreen is the WORST. We have been trying to contact them for 2 1/2 weeks they always have 40-2:55 hour wait times, even first thing in the morning. This company has made it impossible to communicate with them yet they still want to bill you. You are fired, the credit card you are using has been closed and I never want to catch anything to do with Trugreen on my lawn again. Everything about this company is fraud. And when the tech says *** you well that says it all about customer service for you guys. User's recommendation: Stay away.
