I checked in the motel sticks Cheyenne Wyoming on 3/7/2021. Upon check-in I was told the room was not ready would not be ready until 3:30 I showed up at 4 p.m. to a room that was filthy had not been cleaned. I specifically asked for a room with a microwave and fridge the room did not have my microwave and fridge so they had to move me rooms I didn't get completely checked in until about 6 p.m. then I was told I was being compensated for an extra night just to be kicked out at 11 p.m. with nowhere to go
