Update by user Jun 15, 2021 TV was returned.The H on the Hisense badge of the TV is missing.2 weeks later and there are 2 dwad LEDs.I have to return the TV once again Original review posted by user May 16, 2021 As seen in the picture, my TV Screen displays a scrambled image. This is now the 2nd time I have to send my TV in for the exact same problem. Hisense will only refund or replace my TV when it needs to be fixed for a 3rd time. This is Ridiculous!!! Above all of this I have lodged the complaint on the 9th May, and still no one has come to collect and repair my unit. User's recommendation: DO NOT buy Hisense products.
