I have order for the exchange of a product which I ordered from flipkart. Initially the delivery date was on Aug 13th, then it was changed to Aug 16th.. But it was not delivered to me even after 3 days from the updated delivery date. When I tracked the courier I found that it has reached the Ekart logistics hub in Eranakulam at Aug 10th and it was still there. Since I'm going abroad by next week, I need the courier to be delivered as soon as possible. I hope you to do immediate action. User's recommendation: Ekart poor service.
