Did not exchange ring due to wrong size

Ordered the Love ring with 3 diamonds, Ordered a 51/4 and it needed to be 5 1/2. Three weeks after returning it for a different size, they said it wasn't in the condition it was sent to us and they would not send the correct size. I now have to take them to small claims court to rectify. Will never order from there again!!
