I lost my antenna and damaged the lifting bars. I had previously purchased a two year warranty on the antenna. It took 3 days and 5 phone calls till someone told me I would get nothing, Then I contacted Marcus's office and started a case, that was two weeks ago haven't heard from them. I'm glad Amazon was $40 cheaper. It's a wonder CW is still in business business User's recommendation: stay away.
