We placed an order online with Perlfeet 11/27/20. As of 1/2/21, we still have not received our order. We have contacted Perlfeet numerous times and they maintain its just going to be a little longer, be patient. Enough! Sick and tired. Ive asked for our order to be canceled several times and to be refunded. We keeps saying they cannot cancel the order. At this point, its fraud. The order is coming from China. They have no distribution in the US. User's recommendation: Do not buy from Pearlfeet! They ship from China!
