Ordered a sandwich at 1:45 PM in store at the Crestview Hills, KY JJ location. Got home and it was the wrong sandwich. Went back up an hour or so later and there was a note on the door saying they will be temporarily closed due to staffing until 3/29. I called the customer service line and the representative was very helpful. She contacted the store manager and said she would be in touch. User's recommendation: Make sure your order is correct before leaving.
