Returned an item to exchange for another. Waited over 2 months and nothing happened. I finally called to see what was going on. All they did was the return, that was it. I guess this company doesn't want to make money. Customer service didn't even care about asking if I wanted anything else since they knew it was an exchange. User's recommendation: Don't order from them, they don't care.
