I ordered a outdoor table and chairs from birch lane on April 4th. Over A month later I got a table and 2 chairs. I called. Itch lane and they said that the other 2 chairs were lost in transit and they would send me out 2 replacement chairs immediately ups or fed x. That was a month ago and Im still waiting. I call every couple days inquiring about my missing chairs. I was told last Friday that they were shipping out that day and to expect a email with a shipping confirmation from the freight company. I asked them why they werent shipping ups or Fedx and was now told that they were to heavy. Im still waiting, al Pat 3 months now. User's recommendation: Caution.
