I am waiting on them to send me a new tv. Customer service said I have to provide them with a receipt even though I had already talked to superviser about tv being bad. She told me to tell the customer service people that I want a new tv sent .That they have the info already.. Lady on phone refused to accept the approximate date I purchased it. Supper bowl weekend.greatgreat
