I made a booking on Travelocity today. Upon completing the purchase, something went wrong. I received an email with my itinerary number 721270****9696 a trip to Salt Lake City. However, my credit card was charged three times for the same flight with United airline. The itinerary number listed in the email I received is not recognized by your telephone bot, and without an itinerary number, your telephone bot will not connect me with an agent. So I have not way to connect with Travelocity to resolve this issue. This is absolutely absurd that a client can not reach you when your system fails to issue a proper itinerary number. I am now sitting with multiple charges on my credit card, no confirmation if my travel plans are set and if my hotel booking is confirmed. Please call me at 647-876-****
