Accessing my account to retrieve my tickets has been a huge headache. My account just went rogue all of a sudden and now my username/password doesn't work. Ive tried to reset it by having them send me a reset password to my email, and I have yet to get the email. Thought it was my Gmail, so I used a different email and still nothing. I now have to wait 1-3 hours for them to call me back. I will NEVER purchase from them again!! User's recommendation: Don’t purchase, find another option.
