Never received UPS shipping label to return defective items

Bought a Vizio sound bar and was defective. Called customer service if you can call it that, and they sent a replacement saying I would receive an additional email with the RMA and ups shipping label, to return the defective product, which I never got. Called customer service and was an answering machine. Angry is what I am. User's recommendation: Don’t use Woot.
