I arrived at the airport so early and they could not check me in because of QR code from Kenya which l waited for an hour to receive after the plane had already left they could not even reschedule my plane l had to pay for the new flight.That QR code is not even important in U.S.A l was suppose to use when l get to Kenya.l was so pissed off.am still doing follow up for my refund up to date.Though they rejected my refund application.l don't recommend this company. User's recommendation: I don't recommend.
