Hi, I bought a 2018 Jeep Sahara unlimited. I have had some intermittent problems with the radio. First I had my phone charging and received a text message and my radio froze. I tried unsuccessfully resetting the radio and it stayed frozen for a day. Now occasionally the radio just turns off then back on, for no specific reason. I am afraid to plug my phone back into the media outlet . I love having my XM radio and listening to tunes. I love my Jeep but this is a concern for me. I have brought it to my dealership and they are getting me a new radio. But this worries me that this will continue to happen. The service employee told me this is very common. Why is this happening? And can you offer any suggestions? Thank you, Pattie
