From what I've seen, all they care about is bossing their patients around. We went through their pd home dialysis program and now they're harassing us every day. Besides that, they make patients sign contracts which essentially say you'll do everything they tell you to, which violates your rights as a patient. User's recommendation: Avoid if you can they're bullies.
