I stayed at their hotel in Bloomington Illinois for 2 nights when I checked out the room was fine they charged my card 175.00 for a table they said was broken but that's a lie when you check out you just leave your card that grants access to the room on the front desk counter anyone could get it. I asked them to check their cameras to see if this was the case but they refused. They also said when I first inquired about these charges that my name was Dewayne so maybe they confused my room for someone elsem User's recommendation: Make sure they do a walk through before checking out.
