They have not responded to me as to why I was banned. Yet I am paid up for a year. I requested one of the double payments back from buying gems, then they ban me. I had been with them for over 10 years. All the money they have gotten from me and this is what I get. User's recommendation: Never buy anything from them and pay on monthly basis if you want to play without ads.
