My net 10 phone, a LG 441G quit working. I contacted customer service by chat and told them. He said he tried by could not help me to get it working. I asked for a new phone if not able to fix. He said will be turned over to legal team for review and quit chat. User's recommendation: the phone is good brand, bad tech support and customer service.
