It's not that hard to figure out I paid the dollar I used it it didn't give me any information on anybody I was searching for and so I canceled it that same night and two days later they still charged me and you can't get a hold of them you through the they give you the wrong phone number for customer service they won't talk to you they better give me my money back User's recommendation: I recommend you don't do it they sucks.
